Mineral Boost Powder by e.l.f. is a mineral powder containing vitamins A, B and E to promote healthy skin.  It goes on over makeup to absorb oils and minimize any wrinkles or imperfections of the skin, leaving a smooth matte finish.  It goes on sheer and comes in Sheer, Shimmer, Tinted and Yellow Corrective.  This mineral powder makeup is one of the best makeup for glowing skin that I have tried.

I use e.l.f. Mineral Boost Powder in Sheer, over my makeup to help absorb oil and give my face a photo ready look.  It works great and is only $5 for the regular size! That is a great value for mineral makeup. A little goes a long way!  I use the e.l.f. Mineral Face Kabuki Brush to apply this powder all over my face.

When used together with the e.l.f. Studio Angled Eyeliner Brush, you can use any of the shades as eyeliner too.  They work wonderful as eyeliners.

A good eyeshadow primer for all your eyeshadows is the e.l.f. Eyelid Primer which comes in four great formulas, Sheer, Champagne, Pearl and Golden.  All primer colors can be used under eyeshadow to use as a base or to give eyeshadows an extra shimmer, glitter or golden tone.  These great Eyelid Primers from e.l.f. are from the Essentials line and only cost $1 each!

I use the Sheer primer under my e.l.f. eyeshadows for extra staying power and protection from oily eyelids and is good eyeshadow primer for me.  It's smooth to apply, dries quickly and really works. This primer is among the best makeup for eyes.

Allow the primer to dry after applying over entire eyelid and then apply your eyeshadow over the primer. Simple!

elf Studio Pigment Eyeshadow Review

Tropical Teal

Elf has four new shades in their Studio Pigment Eyeshadow; Baked Brown, Naturally Nude, Tropical Teal and Breezy Blue.  The Studio pigment eyeshadows are one of the best makeup for eyes made from multi-dimensional pigments which blend seamlessly and are long lasting.

I picked up the elf Studio Pigment Eyeshadow in Tropical Teal, which turned out to be more of a tropical green with golden undertones.  It's a very pretty hue and shimmers nicely.  The Studio Pigment Eyeshadow layers well too.
